If you haven't been watching the Swimming Olympic Trials you have been missing out! There has already been several world records broken! It is so exciting for me to watch as the fastest swimmers in the country all compete against each other. This year is a little more exciting as we have 2 swimmers representing Rose Bowl Aquatics, Jason Lezak and Emily Adamczyk.
Emily will be swimming in the 200 breaststroke later this week. She just qualified last week so we are very excited for her.

Jason Lezak went into the trials as the American Record Holder in the 100 freestyle. This morning during the prelims he went a best time, breaking the American Record. Garrett Weber-Gale then swam in the next heat and he broke Jason's record. But then during the semi-finals later on today Jason swam another personal best, setting another American Record time of 47.58. He will now go into the finals tomorrow ranked 1st. I am so excited to watch him and see if he makes it to the Olympics. How exciting to have him representing Rose Bowl! I hope you can all watch and cheer him on!
