June was a crazy month for us. We had both of our birthdays, two weddings, and our anniversary! So I have a lot of catching up to do on blog entries. I thought I would start with our birthdays. First of all I want to share an interesting fact: Andrew and I were born 10 days apart, in the same hospital, and delivered by the same doctor. How crazy is that?
My birthday was on June 6th. (D-Day ... Diane Day!) It was a fun day. I went to lunch with Jessica at a great little italian restaraunt. We went there last year too. She doesn't know it yet but I think we will go there again next year! :) She gave me this great card that she made! I got lots of cards and all of them were great, but I just had to put a picture of this one up here. It was so thoughtful because she used some of my favorite colors and she put a purse and shoes on it (two of my favorite things!).

Later that night Jessica, Brooke and I all went to Dashing Diva to get a pedicure. It was so much fun. I love being pampered! We then met our husbands at BJ's for dinner. I chose to go there because you get a free pizookie on your birthday. If you have never had a pizookie before you are definitely missing out! We then came back to our place and had cupcakes that Andrew made and also ones that Brooke had brought for me! It was a great birthday! You can also check out Jessica's blog for more pics and stuff from there.

Andrew's birthday was then on the 16th. Yes, I am older than him! We flew back from Utah that morning so we had an early start on his day. because of all of that I hadn't really had a chance to plan anything really fun for his birthday. Luckily for us we have friends that are willing to make last minute plans. So as soon as we got back from the airport we headed off to Manhattan Beach with the Higginbothams. It was the perfect day to go to the beach. I had to work that afternoon, but as soon as I got off work we went to Sharky's for dinner and then over to Cory and Jessica's for strawberry shortcake. I gave Andrew "Mario Kart" for the wii for his birthday. He was so excited and we have had a lot of fun playing it. If any of you have it you should let us know so we can play online! (although I will surely lose!) Anyway, I hope that it was a great birthday for Andrew!

I can't even tell how FLATTERED I am that you posted the birthday card I made for you. We were happy to celebrate both birthdays with you guys. I think another lunch at Genovece's is definitely a must for next birthday.
