I dunno, he looks kind of fat. If I found him floating in a river, it would probably mean I was at that river washing my clothes, which would probably mean that I wouldn't have a lot of money, which would definitely mean that I would not have enough money to feed that child.
If I saw this baby floating down a river, I would pick him up and keep him.
