It has been raining here non-stop.
I still have to work. Outside.
I stood in the rain for 4 hours.
It was also 42 degrees.
I wore 2 pairs of socks, leggings, pants, short sleeved shirt, long sleeved shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, swim parka and 2 pairs of gloves.
I was still freezing cold.
Everyone keeps saying "but you're from Utah ... you should be used to this."
Yes, but in Utah we have indoor pools.
I love my job. (That's what I keep telling myself over and over.)

Wow, that really does not sound fun!
Poor, poor Diane! I loved the rain, but then I didn't have to stand out in it. That's really gross - I hope you're not too soggy!
Ok, that SUCKS!!!!!!!! BTW, loved the candy you made for Artichokes.
I remember days like that cleaning the pool when I almost got struck by lightening:) I always think the but your from Utah comments are funny, like that makes it less cold:)
Sorry about the rain. That really stinks. What candy did you make for Artichokes? I'm curious. When are we going to see you guys next week???
But Diane, coaching in the rain builds CHARACTER. Hehehe
