The shower was given by my sister Jonyce, sister-in-law Heather, and my mom. They did such a great job and it was so much fun.

Baby Shower #1
In August we took a trip out to Utah. While we were there my family threw me a baby shower! I was excited that they would do that because it was a chance to see all my family and friends out there and to celebrate!
Look at these cute decorations.
I had a lot of friends and family show up, which was great.

My cute niece Kaylee made me this card and necklace to wear at the shower. We all originally thought that the whole thing was the necklace, so I wore it ... until we realized that the necklace was just the pink string and the card was not supposed to be worn. Oh well, I loved it both ways. This blanket was made by my Aunt Glenda. It is so beautiful.
Here are my friends from my PG Pool days, Lisa and Jessica (and her darling baby girl Aly).
My Aunt Jana, cousin Kelsey and Aunt Eileen.
My friends from BYU Kat, Liz and Camille.
Lisa again.
My Young Women's president Sister Stark, Gail, Laney and Jessica.
The food was absolutely fabulous.
Chicken salad sandwiches on croissants is one of my favorite things.
Delicious eclairs from BYU.
Beautiful fruit.
Everyone was so incredibly generous. Check out the goods!
I was so happy that my friend Rochelle came. She was pregnant with twins (I don't remember how far along) and she brought her 3 kids. She is pretty much super woman.
The Sargents: Melinda, Megan, Mary Louise and Millie.
My best friend of 18 years, Gail.
I had a hard time carrying one, I don't know how Rochelle carried those two baby girls.
These are the wonderful ladies that hosted the shower.
The shower was so much fun. It was great to see everyone and it was fun to get all these great gifts for our little guy. I am never very comfortable with events that put me at the center of attention, but this was worth it. It just made me so excited to have him come.

Wow, blast from the past! Fun to relive your cute baby shower.
Wow, so many people there you had to have it in the Relief Society room? Sheesh. Looks like fun.
