While we were still in Utah, the Jarvis family hosted a couples baby shower for us. It was fun to get to see all of the family from that side as well as friends that live up in the Salt Lake area.
I was so excited because my friend Jessica happened to be in town at the same time so she was able to come up with her mom and Brady to the shower. Jessica and I met in Pasadena, but then she moved away, but we both have family in Utah so that seems to be our way now of seeing each other. She was also pregnant, I think about 4 weeks behind me. It was so fun to have someone to talk to all of the time about pregnancy and getting ready for babies.
Some of our other friends from Pasadena, the Mathesons, had moved to Salt Lake so it was fun to see them as well.
Andrew was very excited about this U stuff from Gail and Karin. We also got a lot of great other things from everyone else.
Grandma and Grandpa Wanlass were able to make it.

Here we are with Camille. I guess we have to give her some of the credit for this little baby. She is the one that introduced me to Andrew. Thanks Camille!!
Gail was very sweet to come to both showers, and she brought her mom Karin along this time.

The food was delicious, as always. Hillary made some great cupcakes and cake pops. Katherine made a delicious panna cotta, Caitlin made wonderful brownies, and Annette made some delicious soups, salads and rolls.
Another great baby shower. We got even more great things that made us even more excited to welcome our little baby.

That pic of you and Jessica pregnant together is so cute. And I think its a fun idea to have a couples shower.
Yes, I liked the couple shower. I bet you liked Andrew opening the presents with you too, less spotlight on you :) I can't believe how long ago that was now. Life sure has changed a lot for both of us!
