I didn't take a lot of pictures this week, but here are some that I took just after she ate one day. I need to find some of my old baby pictures but I think she looks a lot like me (as a baby) in these.
Grandpa Joe was in town for the first few days and we had a lot of fun. We took Avery out for her first dinner out and she did great (slept the whole time). She even made it through dessert. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of Avery with Grandpa.
That Saturday there was a swim meet down at the Rose Bowl. I decided to stop by and say hi to my swimmers! It was great to see them all and they were happy to see me too! Andrew and Joe took Gavin and Avery to the park while I hung out at the meet for a little while. It was good to get out. I am excited for when Avery is old enough to go see the swimmers at the pool!
Avery also had her first big outing to the park. Some friends were meeting for a park day and I felt like Gavin really needed to get out. So I took Gavin and let him play with his little buddies. There is a pizza place across the street from the park so we went to get lunch and go back to the park. Andrew brought Avery so she could eat. She did pretty good and mostly stayed in the carseat the whole time. I'm glad Andrew was there with me though, I'm not really sure how to watch Avery and keep track of Gavin at the park. I guess it's something I will have to figure out soon though!
Here are some pictures I took at four weeks. I just can't believe how much she has grown in just four weeks!
